What We Do
Daytime Care
Our flexible and tailored approach provides our service users with an excellent daytime home care service, focussed on meeting every service users individual needs.
Our daytime care services include:
Morning Visits
A typical morning visit can include assistance to wash/shower and dress, make or change the bed, prepare breakfast and lunch and attend to light domestic tasks.
Evening Visits
An evening visit may include preparing a meal, companionship, assistance with medication and tuck-in, if required.
Flexible and Caring
to ensure our service users get the level of home care services we believe they require, we make each visit a minimum of 1 hour, although we can provide extra hours as required.
Evening & Overnight Care
Compcare has the experience and resources to ensure that our service users receive a first-class evening and overnight care service, according to each service users individual needs.
Our careworker can provide an overnight service (2200hrs-0800hrs) for service users who require assistance to prepare for bed and a responsible presence in the house throughout the night.
The careworker can:
Separate Room
The careworker can sleep in a separate room but is on hand to give assistance as required.
Same Room
The careworker can remain awake, sitting in the service users or adjacent room, if preferred.
Starting the Day
In addition, the careworker can provide assistance to the client in starting the day, preparing breakfast and assisting with medications, if required.
Care for Couples
Many elderly couples fear that their only options are to struggle on to care for each other in their own home or to be split-up or move into a care home.

Home from Hospital Care
Compcare is experienced in providing service users with the support they need to return home after a period in hospital.
After illness or surgery, service users may require occasional visits to assist them in getting back to independent life at home, while others may need additional support to ensure their comfort and wellbeing.
